🚪 Door-to-door · the 15-minute assessment

The offer, in one sentence
…
This is what gets repeated second-hand by whoever is at the counter, so it has to survive that. No jargon, a number, and something free.
Upcoming assessments
…
This week, and the weeks before
…
Four numbers, because that is what tells you which part is broken. Doors but no owner conversations is a timing problem, you are going when they are out. Conversations but no bookings is an offer problem. Bookings that never go paid is a delivery problem.
Walk route
Doors clustered by postal area and street, best cluster first, with each script inline. Sorting a knock day by score alone sends you back and forth across the city.

⚙ System

Services
—
🟢 answering · 🔴 down · ⚪ configured but unverified. A deep check spends money, so it is never automatic.
Mockup AI spend
…
Gemini, metered where it is spent — in the portal's generator, not here. Separate from the API spend meter above, which counts Places, Brave and Emailable.
Spend caps
…
Caps are checked before work starts, against an estimate. Hitting one is not a dead end — ask for more and an admin decides.
Recent runs
…
A scan runs on the server, not in this tab. interrupted means the server restarted mid-scan — whatever it had found was saved, and re-running continues from there rather than starting over.
Run control
A sweep is tens of minutes of paid API calls in one request. Stop takes effect at the next lead, not at the end of the run.
